really beautifully crafted double vase

I bought this Vase at a thrift store. Instantly fell for the design and style. From the grooves it looks to be moulded by folding the clay into each other. I cannot figure out the mark, i have looked high and low. Also would love to know what sort of glaze this is, especially how they got that dripping effect at the top.
