I found this wierd Canadian dime. It has pitting on both sides and has multiple stamps of the sailboat on the reverse side.

Clipper, Bluenose , was not put on Canadian 10¢ until 1937.
It must be a bicentennial then zoom into the middle left.
Bicentennial of what ?
The year was 1992.
