Found this tray at a yard sale, most of the items were Bavarian...we have tried different magnifying glasses (back stamp is show magnified in photo) to no avail....Possibly German?....imprinted are the numbers 3351 it's hard to see in the photo......I have found the pattern online however the back stamps don't match....one was a cake stand posted under Thuringia Eisenburg the back stamp reflected two arrows....Shield, Bee Hive, or Fake? If anyone has seen this back stamp and can help identify let me know...year, make, or model....thanks

Maryh1956....you rock!....thank you for your time and efforts....it's so nice to finally know the information about this tray...my friends husband was into solving this that he put on his industrial magnifying glasses, to no avail...he will be happy to know the mystery is solved...:-)
