Just found this at the bottom of my jewelry box - forgot I even had it.
Is there anyway of telling how old this might be? I'm fairly sure it isn't real gold...

Probably not older than 1970s, likely later.It must run on a small "button" battery and those haven't been around for that long..
I'm going to say late 1980's-90's. Quartz movements weren't popular until then and agree with davyd286 on the notion "Finger" watches haven't seen their hayday in quite awhile
Would also add, probably sold through Avon, seem to strike a memory,but not totally sure.

I had something like this from back from the 1980's except it was a " Bonetto Digits Quartz Ring watch ". Mine was still in the case and I think the date on it was 1982. I found an image that was like mine

I think several companies did make these ( including Avon ) as they were all the rage back then.
