    i don't know what this is - some kind of midcentury pendant or what? found it at a junkshop today. it's about 2.5 inches wide by just under 2" tall and has a place for two small brass screws.

      This is a piece of decorative brass from a piece of Chinese furniture. Probably a drawer pull; possibly the movable part of a lock hasp set.

      It looks just like the hardware on a large Chinese jewelry box of my wife's, which is a very is a nice piece but i don't think its very old.
