Bronze art nouveau/deco plate - identification help

Hi

I'm hoping someone can tell me something about this plate.

As you can see from the relief work it shows the making flour.
First scene is ploughing the field, then sowing seed, cutting the wheat, transporting it, then a windmill representing milling and finally going home with a sack of flour!

It weighs 2.5 kg (very heavy!) and is non magnetic - suggesting bronze.

There is a back-stamp - but I cant read it.

Probably wishful thinking but I cant help wondering if it is from Vienna - Wiener Werkstatt ?...i wish!

Any ideas/info appreciated
