S.A. Silver/Simmons Hardware Spoon - Was it for Olympics/World's Fair

Read about Simmons Hardware & they did make silverware. This spoon i 8 inches long. Back has S.A. silver.

Not sure if the blue on the design was enameled or painted. Must be silverplate if it says silver. The design has an Asian feel to it. Not sure if the blue design might be script of some sort.

St. Louis had the World's Fair & the Olympics during the time the company was prospering. Read that they were ahead of their time in many aspects of business.
