Unaware of the whereabouts, but assuming North Dakota somewhere, as my Mother was a huge historian fan of our little town of Marmarth and the state.

I think they are too young there, maybe not, I was confirmed my junior of high school. they look younger, I think

I think Czechglass has it right since this was probably a smaller rural church group the Bishop would have traveled a circuit. Several groups may have been combined in this picture to fit his travel schedule.
