      There are a few books on the subject you may find helpful: "Silver Speaks: Traditional Jewelry of the Middle East" and "Desert Silver: Nomadic and Traditional Silver Jewellery From the Middle East and North Africa". They are not cheap but check your local library or use the Interlibrary Loan to borrow a copy.
