Murano Black Copper Aventurine Art Glass Swan. That is all I know about it. I have looked and can't find another black/copper Aventurine one like it. Like the Murano Black Copper Aventurine Art Glass Cat I posted, the Swan also has some scratches and scrapes, but still a beautiful piece.
