A pair of these showed up at my favourite thrift shop. Bowl is 2 3/8 inches across, height is 3 1/2 inches. Kejaba website lists this as a "go-with piece" for the Hocking Manhattan depression glass pattern. Unfortunately, they don't tell you what this go-with piece is called in its own right! Perhaps somebody would know? Not seeing it anywhere else.
