Vintage store find. They had sale so they sold it to me for 1 EUR (normally they ask more). The bracelet might be horn. Hand-painted I would say, and it looks like it has seen some years.
Is it vintage? Or nothing interesting?

Thank you valentino! Yep it looks like horn to me as well, but the bracelet is very light. I imagined horn would be heavier. Are there ways to determine horn?
Hm, I checked some ways to determine horn. When compared to plastic, the piece feels colder indeed. And it does not produce static.
Might be horn then.
