The label says palliser
Check out a Georgian Fan Inlay to see the basic idea. This is not Georgian. Much, much later. Mid century. I eould say. It may be inlay decoration but I suspect not.
1970's to 1980. Did you mean end table ?
Late 20th century. Agree with vetraio-- the top is simulated inlay.
