Cheer Up Sales Co. was located a 2001 S. 9th Street in St. Louis, Mo.
Cheer was a product of the Orange Smile Syrup Co.
Pic 1 is a 1946 paper label, quart size.
Pic 2 shows the newer style, a 7 oz., 12 oz. and a 16 oz. from the late 1950 to early 1960's
Pic 3 & 4 show all 7 ounce bottles that date from the mid 1940's to the early 1950's
Cheer Up was bottled by a few different bottling companies in the St. Louis area that included American Soda Water Co. & Blue Ridge Bottling Co.
I don't believe Orange Smile bottled the final product, merely sold the syrups and other supplies needed to sell their product.
