I bought this chair yesterday and I love it. My husband doesn't like it but I do. It's a unique piece cause it has a magazine holder on the side (hope you can tell with the pictures). I don't know much about this chair, just that I like it and I haven't seen many around like this.

That is commonly called a "Comb Back Chair". In slang with the side rack it was referred to as, Bag Lady Bliss. Yours appears to be fashioned after a Windsor chair but quite new.
