Chain Multi Strand Necklace signed Western Germany

Chain Multi Strand Necklace signed W. (Western) Germany on the clasp.
A gift from my mum, she originally thought I could re-use the chains for my jewelry projects. Luckily I did not, as I started to collect vintage jewelry around that time. Also, it would be a pity to destroy such a lovely necklace!!
The shortest chain is cca 62 cm long, the longest cca 85 cm long. The metal is very light (which I understood is typical for Western Germany costume jewelry?).
