This is my favorite board of all time! My Sims Splat! Lester Kasai Pro Model. I skated this board throughout the '80s in L.A. And this was the coolest and hardest to find, blue splat on black board with yellow LESTER. Bitchin! Sims Black and Blue Street wheels, Gullwing trucks, Sex Wax sticker...
I bought this skateboard at Val Surf on Whitsett in the valley. Billy's in Montrose, Ca had a great skate demo with some pros in 1985 in the parking lot... Anybody remember?
I had the exact same deck in the ‘80’s as well! It was my first signature board! I own a bar in Fort Lauderdale called the 4:30 Boardroom Bar and I collect all kinds of old boards! Let me know if you ever come across another one, I’m very interested in buying one! Thanks :)
oh! this brings back memories, i also skated in the 80´s, i still have my Caballero Deck from that era, i still skate from time to time, skateboarding is not a crime !
