China TEAPOT, Script shown is Japanese or Chinese. Primitive Looking.

I took these photos of a TEAPOT I had . There were more photos, but it seems only these remain.
The bottom of the close over lid and the bottom of the teapot have an under-glaze silvery-gold "smear" acros as a mark. The pot is 5 inches tall,--It may have had a woven? handle in fabric or grasses at one time.
Can anyone tell me something more?
Besides the side with the text, it has different important appearing "dignified men" appearing on each side.
