I am officially exhausted. I have not been able to find anything on this.
I'm pretty sure it's a water pitcher. Marked on edge with ref. Number.
Top is set in sterling. No other markings found.
Color is a amber & measures 6 inches in height.

      Really beautiful piece.
Is there any sterling marks anywhere, including under and inside the handle?
It looks like it may glow.
TallCakes may know the glass pattern (he knows most!)

might help with an ID if you could post the registration number; can't make it out from the photo...

I will add add another photo with number and yes I did find the word STERLING along rim where it meets the glass.

Not sure how to edit the photos but I believe it reads ReggNo. 709053
