This has such a lovely sounding ring when I ping it with my finger. That's just the sound it makes with my finger -- when this bell rings -- it's musical.

I just don't know who the manufacturer is. At first I thought it was from my grandparent's collection, but I put it under a black light and it has no yellow glow. Maybe it was one of the pieces I got for a wedding gift.... If so, it would be from the late 1980s.

Has anyone ever saw one like this before? It's 7.5 tall and 3.5 diameter at bottom.
