This collectible serving bowl appears to be handmade.
Although hard to see, the potter's signature looks like Hassfeld with a production date of '86.
The bowl features seven unique 3D faces each with different expressions. The lid's handle is either two arms with hands or two legs with feet.
Measuring from rim to rim (center L-F) the bowl is 9 and 3/4 inches.
From base to top of room (without lid) the bowl is just over 4 inches tall.
There are no other distinguishing marks that I can see. Additional closeup photos of each of the faces are available if needed (I can email to you).
