two A&W ROOT BEER mugs

These are both old A&W Rootbeer mugs scored from thrift stores over the years. The bigger one is 7" tall, smaller one a little under 6". Though I don't now have an A&W close to me, I still have many fond childhood memories (30 or 40 something yrs ago) of rootbeer floats served in these mugs (by real car-hops) at my then local drive-up A&W, to be enjoyed in the back seat of Dad's car -- ALWAYS a treat!
