Mantel cuckoo clock vintage Maybe Herbert Herr?

Hi, I just purchased this mantel cuckoo clock at a garage sale for $25.00
It was missing it's key and pendlume so I don't know if the clock works I also don't know how old or who the maker is but I think it could be Herbert Herr I can't seem to read what the movement says. But on the wood back cover it marked west Germany so I'm guessing vintage maybe 1970's . I don't now if this is a one day or 8 day clock I did find a key and wound the clock and now its running but still missing pendulum so Clock run superfast also I would like to know if anyone knows where I can purchase a pendulum or what it may like look ? any information would be gladly appreciated thanks I hope you enjoyed.
