I got this tree along with a large lot of vintage costume jewelry. My understanding is there was a time when designers would provide props for stores and vendors to advertise a particular designer's line. This tree features plastic beads. It looks like it was once in basket because base is molded into a shape that looks like a dish if some sort.

I do not know if this is an old piece, someone's crag project, modern or if it has any value. I'd appreciate your comments and any information you may be able to share if this tree or the ones that I mention were used in stores.

    Thank you.

Love it. Yeah - it had been in a bowl at one time. That is plaster of Paris, so don't get the bottom wet.

Glad you said that about plaster of Paris. I'll keep it in a dry spot. Too bad I'm missing the bowl. I was thinking it looked like it might have had moss or something around the tree base.
