We think it is from the Columbian World’s Fair and that is Columbus on the back. Have been searching for hours with no luck. Thanks much!

Yes probably Columbian Expo item. There were thousands of different items sold. I collected the silver items years ago but they weren't a good investment. I ended up just passing it all along to the next generation.
