My daughter found this and several other old bottles when some foundation work was being done on a house they bought that was built in the 1800's, I know this bottle is no where near that old, but it does look nice, I'm guessing from the forty's, says "Williams Soda Water", there's six large "W's" around the top, bottled by Coca Cola co., the bottom says Akron Ohio, and it has the four sides that are flat and a nice green tint to it, couldn't find much info on it, hoping someone will chime in with some.

Wanted to add, that there is a patent date of June 1st 1926 on the lower edge of the bottle...

I had a bottle like this except it Just said "SODA" and a star. Bottled by C.C.. from somewhere in the SE.

Blunderbuss, the bottle is indeed from a Coke-owned bottler, and this shape is typical of hundreds of bottles they had in the 1920s. They're usually like this, some with stars, and then a few bottlers came out with more unique designs, mostly pictures (example, a pelican).
Typically held soda-water, sometimes fruit-flavoured soft drinks. What it was would have been on the label.

I'm quite aware SB. If interested, I put mine on CW 3-4 yrs ago with some real early coke bottles.

You forget that I commented on them. Unless you're meaning another post of them that I've not seen.

Actually I was thinking that Motelmark might want to compare.

Any clue as to value on this bottle?

You'd be better selling it at a yard sale to under-educated new collectors, as serious collectors tend to not touch these; even Coca-Cola collectors steer clear of them. They're just too common, plain, and modern for most collectors. It's the colourful, well-embossed, earlier bottles that people want.
Now, if it had a label, it would be different. But in my several years of collecting, having seen dozens of this type of bottle, I've never seen one with a label still on it. And my specialty is labeled bottles.
