Teak Twig Pot with Mother of Pearl Inlay

This beautiful and unusual twig pot is made of a dark hardwood and has mother of pearl inlay. The vase or pot does not sit straight up and down. It was designed to sit off center to one side. I have done some research and I have seen a lot of items of similar wood and inlay but nothing as unusual as this pot. The other similar items were of Vietnamese origin. Any ideas about this one? Thanks for your help!
