Signed pin, flowers, stones. Who made it?

I can't tell if the maker's mark is an L or a C. I've even searched by "square with bite out of it" and am having no luck finding out the maker of this pretty, sparkly pin. The one thing I am sure of is that it is an inch and a half across except where the flower is off the edge; it is 2 inches there. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
