Prince Hunslet tall case or grandfather clock 1800's

Hi,I would love to know if anyone has heard of Prince Hunslet? I think he is the Clock maker of this clock? A friend of mine knows someone that is selling this clock for $150. I think I'm going to buy it but would love to know more about this clock before I buy I was told this is a rare 1 weight grandfather clock but the cable rope or chain is off is this an easy fix also I think the second hand is missing thanks .
