Anyone have any info on this item? I bought this a while back as-is because I like the feel of the ceramic. It feels as if it was made from different material. it has a hollow feel. No markings on the bottom that I could see.

    Any information is appreciated!

Can you tell us why you think this is an inkwell?

Because it has dried ink on the inside. Plus I tried to research and found something similar but still not sure. http://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/topic/115138-fs-vintage-inkwells-other-assorted-goodies/
