The floral earrings are marked/stamped: ENGLAND while the red and white ones are marked: WESTERN GERMANY
Unsure as to time frame for either. My favorite are the floral ones from England.

Your floral earrings may be from Royal Albert. They made ceramic jewelry along with their porcelain items.
I have some bone china made earings and brooches,by Royal Adderley, England. Belonged to my grandmother have them posted.
