Tribal batik bone, quill, and metalwork necklace

This interesting necklace came into my life. I don't know the age or maker. Batik bone is generally from the Kenya region as is the large crested porcupine which I think the quills are from. I thought it was amazing so added it to my collection though I would love knowledge about if anyone wanted to share :D
