Disney Multiplane Paintings - 1942

These "multiplane" paintings were produced by the Courvoisier Gallery in San Francisco. These were prepared after the release of "Bambi." These are hand-painted scenes on separate pieces of glass. The glass panes add depth to the picture. Disney studios were using a multiplane camera during this time.
