Antique African American Knights & Daughters Of Israel Ribbon Badge Masonic?

I'm not sure if this is a ribbon with button badge or honor or memorian.I tried to google and all came up was Knights & Daughters of Tabor an African American Masonic.One side is purple with fridges and a button state"Faithful member: Knights & Daughters Of Israel USA a crown with N.C.N.C. The back is black in memorian.I would love some informations.
