This is an original animation cel of "Bambi" released on August 21, 1942. The cel is from "Bambi learns to walk" sequence. This is an actual cel from the movie. There is some paint lost, which is not unusual for these cels. The autographs of Ollie Johnson and Frank Thomas can be faintly seen in the lower left corner.
