This is an original animation drawing (used in the movie) of "Ferdinand's Mother" from the animated short film "Ferdinand the Bull" from 1938. Also in the post is a model sheet of "Ferdinand" as a calf.
She reminds me of this Brush Pottery Cookie Jar from the 1950's:
