Family milk glass vase

My mother owned a Vintage milk glass Bud vase with embossed reeds and three swan heads. I looked it up and is described as a Westmoreland piece.
It sat on our kitchen table and was often used as a vase. I'm curious to know more about this piece. I haven't seen any others, so I'm curious as to
where they were sold or how many were in the market?
