I can't seem to read this artists signature. Can anyone tell me who made this!? There's one chip on it but it still lights up and is in good condition. My gramma has had this forever!!

Maybe put a paper over the signature, then do a pensil shading trace over top of it, forget this minute exactly what the term is. That would eliminate the glare which the photo has. Most of these alabaster ones I have seen are by little known artists. The marble ones tend to be by better known artists. Have seen many of these and yours is made of several different kinds of ALABASTER. I take that it has a bulb inside ? the brown alabaster base, as I see cords. They generally have bulbs in their bases as they are generally transluscent. Marble is opague so light will not shine through. Best to change to newer bulbs as these days there are better low heat bulbs you can find from China.
