Got yourself an Albertina. The T-bar went in your button hole, the clip attached to your pocket watch which went in your pocket, the tassel hung down for decoration. It could be worn across the torso or down the chest. Sometimes women had a little pocket high on their chest for the watch. A men's version is call an Albert, named after Prince Albert.

It's probably Edwardian, I like the acorn in the middle. The little enamel knife is also period. I'm not sure what the brass item is, it's not unusual for a brass watch key but yours looks like an unusual shape. Not sure about this fish.

These are great worn as bracelets. I have a few & love wearing them with lots of little charms. Most are the right length to put a jump ring where the tassel drops and clip it around your wrist. Its also good to move the tassel to that ring otherwise they hang too low & snag on things.
