Where am I from?

Hi, my mother has had this fair since she was born around 1934. I don’t seem to be able to find any manufacturers that made the upward curving large snout. He’s definitely mohair I believe he has an old growler in his back. Obviously the paw pads were redone long ago. The eyes are glass orange with black in the middle. She doesn’t think he ever had a tag in his ear.
His stitching and seeming is very fine even after all these years. He used to have long hair. Over all, he is more Bear like than most Teddies.
