    Bought this guy for 35 bucks and now turning it into a graduation present for my youngest son. He will be going to NC State so I'm shooting for red and white with black hardware. I bought some pickle stain but it's not as white as I'd hoped. Any suggestions to make it more white without paint??

      Looks good, its just like the one I'm doing except mine has blued sheet metal over all that wood , there should be white wood stain available .
