Edwardian Mosaic White Peace Doves Brooch

A pretty Edwardian Mosaic brooch depicting a pair of white peace doves on a dark turquoise coloured background, made in Italy.
The reverse shows a simple ‘C’ clasp with rivet hinge. I like the unusual shape of this brooch which although not quite as fine as the earlier Victorian Micro Mosaic brooches is still a nice addition to my collection.
