I really don't know what this small plastic handled steel 'spatula' is intended to be used for -- Googling around a little hasn't turned up much of anything to help. It is about 7-3/4" long overall, and has "MILLERS FORGE MANICURE CUTLERY" stamped into one side of its black handle. The somewhat flexible blade has a sorta 'butter knife sharp' edge on both sides and its end, and was likely once fully chrome plated.
