    I am needing help to identify exactly what this may have been used for or possible what it would be called. The only markings are the number "5". Looks to be able to hold appx 3/4 gal of liquid. Stands 9-1/2" tall x 23" circumference. Outside feels like a hard stone material, and the inside has a smooth ceramic coating. I have never seen a Jug/Thermos similar therefore I am having difficulty in finding information about it. Any help would be greatly apprciated.
