It is a fantasy item and newer , Miller did not make this sign . It is just a decor piece .

I wouldn't call it fantasy.

It is modern (I'd think 80s- 90s).

I would think it was made for Miller Beer as part of a targeted advertising campaign-- maybe during Black History Month.
