Mahogany bench with carvings. Unknown who the maker is, trying to figure that out. Bench was given to us years ago (25+). Any thoughts?

I see a lot of North Wind chairs on this site, but not very many benches. A manufacturers name would be impossible. First I don't know where on the moon you are located, that can make a difference. Most furniture makers never left any records and there have been thousands of furniture makers prob in Canada, let alone the States. Its a beautiful piece !~

We got the bench back in NY (we are in GA now). It had a partial sticker which had “gham” on it. Maybe Binghamton? Originally when we received it, it was painted green (spindles) and the seat, arms and face were black. It was in sad shape until I had it repaired and refinished. Glad we decided to keep it and refinish it. I agree with you as it came out beautiful!
