    I recently bought this for my dad. The gentleman I bought it from said it was used on a railway but had no other information. I have been unable to find anything on it anywhere and am hoping someone might have some information about it. I greatly appreciate any and all help!

      How interesting?!! I have one of the same handsets laying around someplace loose, and have always wondered what it might have attached to. <cool>!

      From your pics, I could certainly agree it might have RxR origin, perhaps something that would have been located in a switch/control shed?
