This is a beautiful old Tiffany Art Deco woven sterling silver clutch evening bag. It's stamped on the inside of the flap with 925 Italy Sterling and Tiffany & Co along with some small numbers/symbols that look like & 391 51.

Anyone have information on this clutch? How old, etc.?
