THESE ARE FROM 1956. I REMEMBER MY FOLKS HAVING THEM ON THEIR KEYS EVERY YEAR. .I DIDN'T REALISE THE DAV WENT THAT FAR BACK.

I had a few of these over the years. Wish I had held on to some of them.
DAV was founded September 25, 1920.
I think I've got some of these too, which were my folks' years ago. Seem to recall that they came 'customized' with their owner's actual license tag #...??
Yes anythingobscure they use to match the tags on your car and here in Missouri came with the plates as I remember.
