This little bowl

So this small bowl appears to be made of clay and hand painted, it's got a gold cord for hanging,and a label on the reverse that says Made in the Philippines. I'm not good at identifying these types of decor, perhaps one of you may recognize it. Any ideas, theories, dance interpretations, appreciated. Thanks for looking!
